• Create a git repo.

• Check git credentials within the project repo upon cloning:

git config user.name
git config user.email

• If necessary, change git credentials at the repo level:

git config user.name "..."
git config user.email "...@..."

• If necessary, change git credentials globally:

Terminal

git config --global user.name "..."
git config ---global user.email "...@..."

• Create a Teams/Slack channel.
